Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Prepare and complete all documentation related to label checking, design, printing, and control.
- Design and Proofing: Generate master label, leaflet, and codebreak envelope proofs according to specifications.
- Material Control: Manage the storage, handling, supply, and control of printed materials with absolute accuracy.
- System Operations: Operate labelling and inventory management systems to ensure accuracy against departmental standards.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and coordinate material replenishment.
- Production Support: Prepare pre-printed materials and issue approved labels to production.
- Quality Assurance: Print, check, and approve various labels and envelopes, ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with other departments to manage materials and orders effectively.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in storage and processing areas.
- Audit Support: Assist in coordinating customer audits and visits.
- Reporting: Complete monthly production analysis, including timesheets, logs, and reports.
- SOP Management: Assist in creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Project Implementation: Execute the delivery of new computerized solutions and facilitate business projects within the department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in label control or a related field.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computerized systems relevant to label control operations.
