Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase orders to manufacturers/ suppliers
- Follow up on shipments and production schedules, shipment clearance and inventory control
- Issue of purchase order with correct shipping/ delivery term and pricing
- Follow up to ensure best payment terms is granted by manufacturer/ supplier
- Check on order process and schedules with manufacturer/ supplier and arrangement of shipment clearance for storage
- Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices
- Coordinate import shipments and check customs documents
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec or above
- Minimum 2 year of purchasing/ sales support experience
- Proficient in SAP software
