Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development and implementation of research projects focused on the Social Welfare Industry in Singapore
- Conducting data analysis to address queries from stakeholders
- Conducting literature reviews (e.g. on tool validation and evaluation frameworks)
- Data collection, entry, coding and/or transcribing audio/video recordings
- Setting up of databases and/or data visualisation dashboards
- Assisting with the drafting of research-related materials (e.g. ethical clearance, presentations, reports, publications)
- Monitoring research data collection progress
- Verification of the completeness and quality of collected data and ensuring data security
- Assisting in documentation of work processes
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work
- Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Good understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands that will overlap
