The Job
We are looking for a product manager to support the Product team in multiple projects, such as system migration, other frond-end system integration into ebao and control remediation.
The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data migration by assisting in gap and data analysis, product rationalization and setting up tables in the systems. In addition, the incumbent may also be required to work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Product Memo mapping review tagged to Product in the systems migration and integration exercise.
- Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from product business owner.
- Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP) for Product’s involvement.
- Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Head of Products or Product Leads prior to sign-off
The Talent
- Minimally 5-8 years of relevant product / system experience in life insurance industry;
- Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end product development process;
- Good business acumen and communication skill;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- A positive, enthusiastic, committed and ‘can do’ attitude team player
