Job Description:
• Provide post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
• Issue sales quotations for standard and routine test and inspection services
• Collate, verify and evaluate all test samples related information in accordance to test specification
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations on test schedules, test samples delivery and collection
• Monitor and track workflow to meet customers timeframes and committed test schedules
• Prepare standard test reports
• Monitor payment status upon releasing of test reports
• Upload test reports and required documents onto MEC portal
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
Job Requirements: Min GCE A Level / Diploma in any course
