Job Description


Management accounting work

  • Monthly closing data compilation and analysis, monthly base
  • Preparation of income and expenditure forecast (quarterly)
  • Creation of internal reports (Japanese)

Credit management

  • KYC support
  • Credit confirmation

Deposit and withdrawal work

  • Approval of accounts receivable and payable
  • USD payment confirmation

Registration work with banks


Government agency support

  • Response to various surveys ( Statistics, MPA etc)
  • Transactions with IRAS
  • Confirmation with Deloitte

Audit support

  • Support for inquiries from accounting companies in Singapore and Japan

Business management

  • Regulation/ internal rules/ guideline management, updates, and notifications
  • Contract management
  • General internal confirmation work (contracts, LOI, etc.)
  • All documents management

Insurance

  • Arrangement of Marine insurance
  • Checking warranty details and costs with the HQ

Handling for Tax Agent, Secretary company


Other

  • Branch manager work support (instructions on an ongoing basis)
  • Data entry
  • General affairs (hotel reservations for business travelers, Support of appointment etc.)
  • General correspondence with the head Quarter in Tokyo
