Responsibilities:
Take charge of new equipment installations, process modifications, support equipment preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- New equipment specification confirmation, purchasing, installation, and commissioning
- Carry out modifications
- Conduct design review
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Equipment trouble root cause analysis
Responsible for workplace safety and health activities in Process development section programs
- Plan for yearly SOM
- Implement section program to achieve KPIs
Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure
- Investigate cause and execute solutions on time
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired specifications
- Review all vendor contracts and recommend the performance of contractors
- Conduct vendor service performance audit
- Liaise with the HQ Technical Team for process improvement and equipment issues
Engineering Standard creations
- Create and review the USP Engineering Standard (USPES)
- Discuss with related sections to review USPES
- Provide USPES training for related sections
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of Electrical & Instrumentation (E & I) Engineering experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings
- Strong experience in different kinds of motorized equipment service and troubleshooting
- Good leadership and supervision skills to guide and coach team members
