Job Scope

Counter merchandising

  • Creation of planogram for dissemination to retailers and to ensure the adherence.
  • Plan, submit visual requests to HQ and coordinate with suppliers on proper implementation.
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure counter merchandising materials are shipped for new launches or counter setup.
  • Check display is implemented timely and according to guidelines on-counter.
  • Counter POSM tools planning and compilation.
  • Check quotation.

Advertising & Social Media

  • Work with HQ on visual materials for advertising/social media usage.
  • Liaise with retailers and suppliers to ensure materials and guidelines is used correctly.
  • Check that published artwork/information is correct and according to brand guidelines.

Administrative

  • Compilation and upkeeping of marketing calendar.
  • Retrieve guidelines and information from HQ portals and organize it for internal team usage.
  • Assist in updating of templates for dissemination to distributors and retailers.
  • Assist in applying for certification, registration, when required.
  • Compile and arrange lab samples, pre-series to be delivered to distributors and retailers.
  • Upkeep brand incentive record.
  • Arrange color proof to be delivered to suppliers.
  • Filling and submission of documents/forms requested by retailers for new SKU creation or account opening.

In-flight listing

  • Work with Managers to prepare and submit listing proposals.
  • Organize information for in-flight catalogue printing upon confirmation of proposal by the airline agents.
  • Work with internal team on text copy translation.
  • Check listing details are provided and published accurately on airlines’ platforms.
  • Update results in master report.
  • Introduce new products to agents during trade show, when required.
  • Assist in general enquiries from airline agencies.
