Key Responsibilities:
- HR Generalist Expertise:Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Performance Management:Develop and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.
- High-Volume Cross-Border Hiring:Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and practices.
- Candidate Pipeline Development:Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring.
Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Remote Work Management:Foster a productive and collaborative remote working environment.
Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
- Proven experience in developing performance review templates and guidelines.
- Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring.
- Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines, especially in graduate hiring.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
