Reporting Lines:
This position reports directly to the College Director. The incumbent’s primary role is to support the College Director in:
· Faculty management;
· Modules content and assessments management;
· Preparation, maintenance & dissemination of Students’ Academic records;
· Enforce the College’s Academic policies and procedures from admissions to graduation.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Primary point of contact for liaison & management of Faculty;
· Modules’ content and assessments administration;
· Responsible for the security of all examination, assignments & test questions and marked scripts;
· Scheduling of invigilators for examinations;
· Collation and input of student grades into the Student Management System (SMS) for all assessments, examinations, presentations and other students’ works after moderation meetings by the Examination Board;
· Release of students’ results, and issue of Graduation Certificates and Transcripts;
· To attend Academic and Examination Board meetings as required;
· Provide inputs to the College Director regarding the effectiveness of academic and quality assurance policies and practices at the College;
· Assist the Admission Consultant(s) with students’ counselling for academic and disciplinary matters as and when required;
· Member of Academic Appeals Committee;
· Assist the College Director in the tracking of student attrition;
· Assist the College Director in the tracking of student attendance;
· Processing and checking applications for student deferment, withdrawal, and programme transfers, submitted by the Admission Consultant(s) for approval by the College Director.
