Basic Salary: $5,500 - $6,500 + AWS + VB
Transport Allowance: $1,000.00 (candidate without car or motorbike will still eligible for this transport allowance)
Working hour: Mon-Thurs (9am-6pm), Fri (9am-5pm)
Duties and responsibilities
1. Sales Management (75%)
- Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Identify target markets, create marketing campaigns, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Operations: Manage and lead the sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Pricing and Negotiation: Determine pricing strategies with Managing Director and Headquarter based on market dynamics, cost analysis, and competitive positioning. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key
- customers, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure profitable business relationships.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyse financial performance, including sales revenue, expenses, and profitability. Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track progress against business objectives and identify areas for improvement and present to the Managing Director.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as deemed reasonable by the Managing Director.
2. Brand Management (25%)
- Marketing Responsibilities: Work closely with the Marketing team to launch brand campaigns through smooth execution of marketing plans to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement through various
- channels, including digital marketing, social media, CRM analysis, events (including pop-ups), etc.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal and external contacts, including media and retail partners.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans and brand strategies for various channels which include department stores, mass channel, ecommerce and future potential expansion with standalone stores.
- Competitor Monitoring: Monitor key competitors' activities and performance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in skincare retail industry.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Digital Marketing / Agency experience will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Essential computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Requires to work from regular office hours including after 6:00pm, weekend, and outdoors subject to various type of promotion events.
