Job Requirement
- Recognized Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline;
- At least three (7) years’ relevant project management experience in the area of project management and RTO.
- Proficient in programmed planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous;
- Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows;
- Good verbal communication and writing skills in English;
- Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites;
- Perform night work based on project needs; and
- Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.
Job Description
- Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the work place.
- Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Site Management, Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.
- Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
