Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Primary Objective
Coordinate jobs between the mechanical and electrical engineering departments. Provide project engineering services from system concept to final commissioning.
Support Project Manager and assist M&E Manager in managing work on site in accordance to timeline
Responsibilities
· Responsible for M&E project management and supervision at construction site.
· Oversee progress of all site activities, documentation, use of resources and coordination works until project completion, including liaison with clients and their representatives, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and other authorities
· Adherence to standard, liaise with electrical installers, conduct site inspection from time to time
· Carry out testing and commission of M&E work
· Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
· Ensure timely submissions and compliance to regulatory requirements
· Review project specifications & technical clarifications, perform M&E drawing and submission
· Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
· Attend regular meetings with client, supplier and sub-contractors
· Other related duties, as assigned
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in construction related filed Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
· At least 7 year(s) of working experiences in civil & infrastructure construction industry preferably with LTA projects
· Proficient in AutoCAD. BIM Modeling
