- Identify and engage potential clients looking to rent properties for corporate or personal use.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional, tailored real estate advice and services to a diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative rent management tools and platforms for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives to build a strong network and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of Wiplus Group.
- Ad Hoc duties related to customer engagement
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field for at least 2 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and software for sales and marketing purposes. (Not compulsory)
- Passionate about contributing to the growth of businesses through strategic real estate solutions.
