RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the inter-generational (IG) programme and volunteer programme. You will also support the programmes team in centre activities, ensuring smooth running and operations for the programme and enhance programmes and seniors' experience.

Principal Accountabilites
- Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in the delivery of quality client and customer-centric care.
Operations (Intergeneration & Volunteer Programme)
- Coordinate, plan and support centres in regular inter-generational (IG) and volunteer programmes, maintaining and establishing new partners
- Maintain timely & effective communication in collaborative relationship with stakeholders (e.g. Cluster Managers, Centre Managers and others) to understand ground needs and triaging the appropriate volunteers and partners to centres
- Contribute to the strategies and plans for the recruitment, retention and recognition of volunteers & partners
- Plan and organise regular volunteer engagement activities and annual events within allocated budget
- Contribute to the strategies in designing and/or running new collaborative programmes through partnership with internal and external organisations.
Senior Care Centre Programme (Ad-Hoc Project Support)
- Assist in senior day care programmes; including Fun with Friends programme as assigned which include but are not limited to administrative and logistical support and keeping track of expenditure
- Administer assessment and survey to stakeholders to evaluate projects & programme's effectiveness
- Assist the manager in tracking progress and evaluating the programmes
General
- Track, update attendance records and maintain Volunteers & Partners database
- Manage and maintain administrative documentations pertaining to programmes.
- Monitor and tracking of budgeting and expense records. Submit quotations and invoices for the programme to finance.
- Support in report submissions in a prompt and timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure the programme meets the service model requirement
- Assist in outreach and networking events to promote the programmes, generate new interest and recruit new stakeholders.
- Minimally a Diploma in social service or related discipline
- Possess working experience in volunteer management, community engagement, (eldercare & healthcare will be an added advantage)
- Proficient in Google Workspace G Suite and MS Office
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Comfortable working and communicating with person with dementia
- Comfortable in running group sessions and programme
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and at the same time a team player who is able to work cohesively with all levels
- Willing to travel to different centres island-wide
- Ability to speak English, Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage
