Job Scope
· Coordinating and supervising field workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
· Managing logistics including equipment, materials and resources.
· Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulations and company policies.
· Collaborating with internal teams, such as maintenance, customer service and management.
· Providing training and support to field staff as needed.
· Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful projects and service delivery.
Requirements
· High school diploma, GCE A, O or N levels.
· Min 2 years as a supervisor in logistics industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Personal qualities: strong work ethic and attention to details
· Customer service and customer-facing experience
· Ability to work in a variety of environments, eg office, warehouse, outdoors
