design@LOFT architects is an architectural firm based in Singapore. We are a small firm of less than 10 people located in Bugis. We are on a urgent look out for a committed individual who is good with numbers, detailed in handling of accounts, careful with confidential information and able communicate with the team in tracking of progress and submitting for progress claims.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Account Assistant. The Account Assistant will work with the Office Manager and be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to book keeping, finance, issuance of quotations & invoices, follow up for payments and accounting. You would also be assisting in payroll, issuance of payslip, processing of claims and handling of CPF.
Skills required
We require you to be competent in MS Excel, Quickbooks, MS Word, Payroll.
Salary Range:
The salary range is between $2,400 to $3,000, depending on qualification. We can only employ SPR or Singaporean.
