Job Description & Requirements
• Analyse and define detailed functional specifications, Cardlink function fit/gap analysis based on the functional and non-functional requirements document
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional
• Conduct impact analysis to identify the impacted applications,
• Data mapping for the data sets identified in requirements
• Engage impacted application teams to request their impact analysis
• Create interfaces list
• Develop technical design specifications
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Define acceptance criteria together with FBAs and provide best practices inputs on QA/testing end to end with Cardlink
Technical Skills & Experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in System Analyst capacity in the cards application domain on a mainframe platform.
• Have experience working on Cards Related application operating on Open Platform eg Linux/Windows
• Proven experience to project manage a team of developers and vendors in
• Good functional knowledge of cards to design and develop effective / efficient solutions in meeting business requirements
• Experience with large scale Cards migration on Cardlink will be advantageous
• Experience having worked as a business analyst and provided solutions design in the Cards/Vision Plus space preferred – across multiple functions like Cards Management, Transaction Management, Disputes, Authorization , Loans , EPP, rewards , Loyalty etc.
• Proven experience in ensuring timely delivery of system enhancement of varying scales
• Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Concise understanding of the system development life cycle
• Effective people leader with good interpersonal skills.
