About Active Ageing Centres (AAC):
Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Our aim is to enable seniors to adopt an active lifestyle, pre-empt social isolation, and refer them to assistance in a timely fashion. We hope to improve the health outcomes of seniors living in the community through providing a suite of programs to help them live healthier lives and support their aspirations to age in place.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support services and organise activities for the seniors
- Manage, supervise and support volunteers
- Involve in partnership buildings and networking sessions
- Oversee a team of Assistant Programme Executive
- Conduct outreach and administer Community Screener
- Conduct buddying and befriending services
- General admin duties
- Prepare report for submission
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
- Savvy in IT
- Good organisational skills and administrative skills
- This position is on contract basis
