Position Overview:
The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for driving the growth of FailSafe's enterprise sales division. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the web3/blockchain and cybersecurity industries, with a proven track record in enterprise sales. This position is ideal for a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, seeking to grow within a high-performance startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for FailSafe's enterprise solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and positioning FailSafe’s solutions as the best fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, utilising CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights, influencing product enhancements and innovations.
- Represent FailSafe at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our brand and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the web3/blockchain or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take on a managerial role.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
