Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all F&B activities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Train and manage staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control operational costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Customer-oriented approach
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience with inventory management software
- Additional language skills (if applicable)
