Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Manage partners' and lawyers' schedules efficiently.
- Handle communication and prioritise inbox management.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Assist with expenses management.
- Screen and manage incoming telephone calls.
- Support document production and editing.
- Facilitate client relationship management and onboarding.
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and invoicing processes.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a law firm
- Excellent communciation skills
- Able to work in a fast paced envrionment
