Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole Digital Power teams to achieve sales targets and responsible for the P&L for DC facilities, PV inverter & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business.
- Based on the corporate strategy, regional and industry business objectives, gain insight into business opportunities, and develop and execute key customer development strategies.
- Deeply understand, communicate, and clarify the target customers of Digital Power, explore key opportunities in the data center field, and guide and promote the key market targets.
- Identify and investigate new investment opportunities and developing appropriate investment strategies to capitalize on opportunities to enhance the growth of the Digital Power business and assets.
- Provide input and execute on the business plan for all new opportunities, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Engages and influences Executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Build organizational relationships with customers and continuously expand new customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering/or solar photovoltaic (PV)/ IDC related major etc.
- At least 2 years of dedicated IDC solution sales/service, design experience or solar industry and 8 years in Enterprise Business Development. At least 5 years’ experience in managerial management position.
- Experience in stakeholder management with a strong customer focus.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of medium to long term strategies for the Digital Power business to ensure growth and profit opportunities are compatible with key objectives and within acceptable risk standards.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with overseas and local Chinese speaking associates.
- An tactical mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Requirement understanding and solution design: Be able to understand customers' business, and strategic requirements, influence customers' plans and budgets, and design solutions based on customer requirements, and comprehensively consider competition, profitability, and deliverability.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong strategic thinking skills, especially the ability to crystallize key trends at the market and country level, determine their implications on the business, and make deliberate choices on critical topics such as countries/customer segments/partners to focus vs. NOT focus on.
