The Student Engagement and Placement Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization by actively engaging the current and past trained learners. You will administer the entire learners’ experience from course commencement to job placement. At the same time, you will also be fostering strong relationships with healthcare institutions and preparing learners for successful job placement. You will also design and administer programmes to engage the alumni graduates to encourage continuous learning so as to enhance their performance in the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on learners’ progress and placements.
2. Student Services and Placement Support
- Provide support services to students during their learning journey, including but not limited to career advisory and placement support.
- Organize and lead activities that prepare trainees for employment, such as resume writing workshops, interview techniques, career coaching sessions, and job fairs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the placement programmes by collating data, and analysing reports.
3. Alumni Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through various communication channels (eg. newsletters, social media, events, etc).
- Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to encourage continuous collaboration, learning and improvement among alumni graduates.
- Maintain an up-to-date alumni database and track alumni career progression.
- Solicit alumni feedback to improve programs and services.
4. Adhoc projects
- Assist the Senior Manager/Manager in project deliverables and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least a diploma qualification in any area of study;
- Experience in student and career consultation services, alumni relations management and event planning and coordination, preferably in healthcare / educational sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good in administration and reporting function.
