· Performed routine administrative duties (i.e. photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, Filing, E-mailing, answering phone calls)
· Maintain departmental project correspondence
· Provide administration and secretarial support to project team and management
· Assist Project Manager and Engineers (printing of required drawings/documents from clients/vendors/etc.)
· Work hand in hand with Document Control and Project Cost Control/Planner
· Prepare project weekly/monthly reports
· Arrange hotel, flight, etc. for project team member and client.
· Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the project team
· Manage calendar and coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings
· Others ad-hoc duties as and when required by Supervisors
