Experience Required:
At least 5 years of clinical laboratory experience required
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Carry out day-to-day laboratory operations and manpower arrangements
· To obtain and maintain MOH Clinical Laboratory License
· Establish overall Quality Management Systems (including IQA and EQA programs)
· To obtain other licenses as required by the laboratory, from time to time
· Establish, implement and maintain laboratory protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Oversee validating of new and existing test procedures and protocols
· Identify, troubleshoot and monitor corrective and preventive action implementations
· Establish and take charge of risk assessment for the clinical laboratory
· Manage laboratory information management system (LIMS)
· Arranging for preventive maintenance and smooth operations of laboratory machines
· Liaise with external parties to carry out laboratory audits and validations
· Troubleshooting any issues regarding laboratory operations in a timely manner
· Other ad-hoc duties from time to time
· Reports directly to the GM of the company
