- Report directly to Finance in charge in HQ
- Liaise with accounts personnel from all outlets to synchronise/update developments
- Reconcile inventories, receivables and incoming funds via Paynow QR
- Ensure forfeited tickets are fully inventorised or sold
- Learn to access databases to extract data
- Ensure data populated via API are accurate
- Assist in the upkeep and accuracy of data within cloud accounting system
- Support team in daily operation and administrative tasks when needed
