Job Description:
- Competent in reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.
- Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
- Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity. Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Competent in preparing Bills of Quantities.
- Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.
- Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
- Follow up payments from main contractor/consultant/client.
- Provides advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.
- Competent in performing all tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects.
- Competent in working independently as well as with a team.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Computer literate, Microsoft office
- With construction background
- Able to work independently and in teams
