To oversee and manage all areas of the assigned outlet
• Assist customer with top seller
• Plan weekly schedule and update daily timesheets
• To recruit, train, motivate and maintain low turnover rate
• Managed Customer complaints and ensure good customer service
• Enforce corporate merchandising standards
• Monitor controllable store expenses for profitability.
• Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements :
• Able to work on weekend & PH
• Must be team player and lead
• Min 3 years of managerial experience
