Provide high-level administrative support to Company Director, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain Company Director calendar, including schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, and other documents.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
· Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
· Serve as a liaison between Company Director and other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
· Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
· Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings attended by Company Director.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
· Requires occasional international travel.
· Strong problem solving skills.
