Job Description
- Define job responsibilities for import/export operations to meet manufacturing needs.
- Ensure timely import/export of goods to both internal and external customers.
- Handle paperwork and system processes efficiently for importing and exporting goods.
- Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, airlines, movers, and users to ensure on-schedule shipment of capital equipment to UMCSG.
- Facilitate the export of finished goods to customers through effective coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal customers regarding issues impacting delivery and addressing internal customer requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in International trade, shipping management, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 5 year of working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Minimun 1 year of working experience in import and export functions.
- Knowledge in Freight Forwarder environment, Custom handling, Airline booking and Logistics.
- Familiarity with Customer service and the Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in SAP system, Power point, Excel, and Word processing
- Self-starter with good initiative and a team player personality.
- Dynamic individual capable to work under stress and perform multi- tasking.
