About the Client:

An exceptional opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist has just emerged at one of the world's premier financial services institutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining accessibility, and efficiently managing service requests for customers and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer phone calls and emails.
  • Record accurate customer interaction data in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers effectively and timely as promised.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to management for resolution.
  • Accurately prepare requests such as policy summaries and beneficiary information.

To succeed in this role, you must deliver exceptional customer service, accurately manage service requests, and communicate effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and integrity.

Skills/Requirement:

Key Requirements:

  • 'A' Levels or Diploma with relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in an insurance or financial services organization is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Cheerful and pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and high integrity.
