Responsibilities:
- Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing.
- Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern.
- To perform measurement and cost breakdown.
- To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier.
- To prepare payment claim to client.
- To identify and evaluate variation work.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Meticulous and details oriented
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
