Our client specializes in Engineering Design & Consultancy Services in the Energy Management & Clean Energy System. They are looking for candidates for the role of Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare, update, and cross-check proposals to ensure accuracy and inclusion of correct information.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team and liaise with customers to confirm details.
- Document Management: Update and manage customer documents and photo screenshots.
- Customer Communication: Conduct email and phone communications with customers to introduce maintenance services and promote sales packages.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: GCE 'O' level or higher.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with making outbound calls to customers.
- Time Management: Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with office applications and capable of learning new software and systems.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a willingness to assist as needed.
Additional Information:
- This position reports to the Business Support Manager.
- Provides general administrative support to the Business Development team to help achieve deliverables efficiently and effectively.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Other Information:
· Office located at Macpherson
- 5 day work week
· Salary: From $2000-$2500 per month depending on experience
