Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Assist in cloud service account openings and provide emergency account assistance.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and organize feedback on high-frequency issues.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidelines to distributors and dealers on app handling.
- Data Security: Maintain security of customer account information in compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive industry with mobile app / cloud computing/ database management experience.
- Strong problem solving skills.
