About the job: As the E-Commerce Specialist for digital marketplaces, you are able to deliver results in local digital marketplaces and drive positive digital shopping experience. You understand digital marketplace trend, consumer shopping behaviour and understand the sales funnels stages. You will be working with the product and marketing team closely to ensure the day-to-day operations of ASUS eCommerce platform . You will also assist the Digital Business Manager to work towards the growth of ASUS Digital Business in Singapore.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the marketplace strategy to achieve business goals
- Ensure positive digital shopping experience with customised and accurate product content and information
- Identify industry and marketplace best practices and lead growth initiatives across marketplaces
- Engage with marketplaces to develop strategic initiatives that enhance growth of brand share and revenue
- Responsible for all performance metrics including store visits, page views, add-to-cart rate, followers acquisition, conversions, average order value, transactions and revenue
- Manage and develop relationships with our fulfilment partners, including influencing and educating them on ASUS’ products
- Work closely with cross-functional support team including product and marketing to ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional or product campaigns
- Analyse data, trends and performance to report on business figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical, developing deep insights and providing actional recommendations
- Serve as a liaison with fulfilment partners, regarding new product launches, promotional campaigns, inventory management
- Providing support escalation and resolution for customer enquiries to ensure positive customer engagement and experience.
Skills & competencies:
- Deep knowledge in e-commerce across digital channels, marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce
- High attention to digital commerce trends and strong understanding in selling in digital marketplaces
- Experience in working with resellers, distributors or fulfilment partners
- Deeply data-driven with proven analytical and numerical prowess; versed in store analytics and proficient in analysing data for decision making
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and account management related roles
