Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers and managers in overseeing building elements such as civil, structural, interior, and external components, ensuring smooth infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and maintenance schedules, managing ad-hoc improvement projects for building systems.
- Maintain safe and efficient building operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage licensing renewals (BCA, EMA), structural inspections, lifts load tests, and annual electrical consumption reporting.
- Supervise outsourced maintenance teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Streamline building maintenance procedures to meet service level expectations.
- Analyze and resolve recurring building service issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee Term Contractors and Managing Agents to ensure effective service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, Architectural Technology, Civil & Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficient in building finishing works and knowledgeable in M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) building services.
- Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary systems.
- Familiarity with statutory submissions procedures (FSSD, M&E RI, Architectural RI, Structural Inspections).
- Supervision and project management experience in A&A works.
- Understanding of building maintenance and compliance with statutory requirements and current best practices.
