Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Support:
- Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of key mechanical systems supporting wafer fabrication.
- Oversee Clean Room, Chillers, HVAC, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, and Building Services.
Maintenance Management:
- Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality.
System Performance:
- Establish and monitor performance tracking systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Procedure Optimization:
- Formulate and improve operating procedures for efficient system management.
Utility Consumption:
- Monitor utility usage and implement reduction projects.
- Collaborate with users to enhance efficiency.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards, legislation, and codes of practice.
Training and Documentation:
- Train colleagues on system operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems and processes.
Resource Management:
- Recommend and manage necessary spares and consumables.
- Supervise and execute facilities-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building, or a related field with at least 8 years in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
- SCEM certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical system operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in managing cleanroom (Class 100 environment) and ACMV systems.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and engineering practices.
- Ability to manage building services, including repairs, upgrades, and housekeeping.
- Expertise in Clean Room and ACMV system maintenance.
