Responsibilities:
Be part of the Application Infrastructure Services and Operation team to plan, develop, and support the infrastructure services for LAN/WAN/End-user computing Tech Refresh projects.
- To provide Desktop Infrastructural support and implementation of all technology/group-initiated Projects including end-user computing devices
- To respond to Desktop/Network incidents and service requests
- To manage assigned projects within scope, schedule and budget.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with product development teams
- Possess good analytical/lateral thinking and desktop troubleshooting skills, good interpersonal/communication skills and customer service oriented.
- Have high degree of ownership and responsibility in managing day-to-day processes/change and possess leadership quality.
- Ability to perform project management tasks either as an individual or in a team.
- Ensures the completion and full sign off of Service Acceptance Non-Functional Requirement controls for new or changes to Technology services, as well as ensuring compliance to the relevant Risk Controls and Standards
- Demonstrated ICT Incident Management Experience
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 yrs experience in managing and supporting desktop projects
2. Preferred candidate with Government projects or operations experiences
3. Knowledgeable in Desktop management
4. Knowledge of best practices in IT industry
5. Good written and verbal communication skillset
6. Able to handle multi projects concurrently
7. Possess strong vendor management skillsets
8. Able to manage Project Implementation issues and IT Security Risk management
9. Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office suites of applications
10. Strong on collaboration and communication including documentation
