Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training via phone, email, online, or in-person for audio system issues, including audio interfaces, digital audio workstations, amplifiers, speakers, digital mixers, and DSPs.
- Manage technical issues related to Digital Audio Workstations and licensing, including Steinberg's products.
- Assist customers with configuring, installing, and troubleshooting complex audio systems.
- Support retail display setup and maintenance for PA products.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with audio equipment
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems and minimize client downtime.
- Stay updated on audio technology advancements and develop a deep understanding of the company's products.
- Maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions for staff, distributors, and customers on audio equipment usage and support procedures.
- Track and manage inventory of assets, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and the checkout/return process.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications.
- Experience in live sound mixing, loudspeaker systems
- Technical support experience in pre- and post-sales activities.
- Knowledge of professional audio products is a plus.
