Responsibilities:
- Perform WebLogic system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security and change implementation.
- WebLogic installation, configuration, load balancing, deploying application and maintenance of server.
- Deploying the application from console, WLST and WebLogic deployer utility.
- JMS, JDBC, JTA, Node manager configurations.
- Plan, prepare and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to WebLogic server software.
- SSL configurations to application server for secured communication.
- Troubleshoot the prod non prod issues.
- Troubleshoot the issues and provide the solutions and document the action items for future reference.
- Proactively monitor the server’s status, health check, application sanity check.
- Deploy, Administer, Support, and maintain middleware applications to enable communication between financial applications on diverse platforms with varying interfaces.
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of WebLogic environments.
- Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation.
- Assist application support team with high level problem program debugging through heap and thread dump analysis
Credentials:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Min 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Well versed in WebLogic Administration
- Good knowledge of Linux & Windows command line
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with Linux Administration
- Possess working exposure in Telcom domain is preferred but not mandatory.
