- Manage emails and incoming calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
- Assist visitors with check-in and provide directions.
- Handle document sorting, scanning, archiving, internal dispatching, and mailing/courier tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
