Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in luxury residential and hospitality projects. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with the project team from conception to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Create detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate with designer, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead client presentations and meetings, providing expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in design and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other design software.
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensibilities and understanding of interior specifications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in the hospitality and residential sectors.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
