Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data architecture and solutions tailored for manufacturing operations.
- Develop data integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize data management processes to improve data accuracy and availability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data architecture, data management, and solution design.
- Strong experience with data integration tools and platforms (e.g., ETL, ELT).
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar domains.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA).
