Job Summary
The owners of the Job deliver technical/operational objectives through management of a medium-sized team (< 15) of specialised individuals with high degree of competence and knowledge of a particular discipline. The owners of the job define standards under which the team operates
What you will do
1. Carry out the operations in compliance with:
a) all applicable laws and legal requirements and
b) Tetra Pak Code of Business Conduct, Core Values, policies, procedures and guidelines and implement appropriate controls to secure early detection of any potential non-compliance
2. Implement technical/operational strategy of organisation which meets business needs
3. Drives short term resources and competence planning to match the business need
4. Defines standards under which team operates
5. Develop high performing team
6. Contributes to decision-making around technical / business issues
We believe you have
More than 6 years of professional experience knowledge of Tetra Pak standards, products, portfolio and applications. Technical background in the respective area Team coordination Or project coordination experience
Minimum Education
University Master Degree (or equivalent)
