Job Description:
Sales Activities:
- Focus on sales activities mainly for existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly in KL, Selangor, and Penang to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Conduct product explanations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Order Management:
- Receive and process orders from customers promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing department in our group's China factory to check the status of product shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage in regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of service.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the China factory to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding product manufacturing and shipping.
- Stay updated on the latest products and technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirement:
- Minimum at least Diploma in Any
- About 2-3 years Experience as a B2B Sales handling machines
- Possess car and driving license
- Mandarin Speaker (communicates with Chinese clients)
- Able to have business trip to Penang (around once a month, 2-3days)
