Who We’re Looking For

Are you an organized, energetic individual with a passion for the education industry? As an Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the smooth operation of our tuition centre by providing administrative support to our staff and students. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and creating a welcoming environment for our community.

Key Outcomes

  • Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.
  • Support the academic team with scheduling, documentation, and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Administrative Support:

  • Manage student registrations, maintain accurate records, and ensure all administrative documentation is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and schedule classes, meetings, and events to optimise resource use and streamline operations.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for lessons and meetings to support teachers and enhance the learning experience.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Customer Service:

  • Handle inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to students and parents, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Sales and Enrolment:

  • Drive growth by managing sales and enrolment processes, reaching enrolment targets, and enhancing our student base.
  • Assist in creating and implementing promotional strategies to attract new students and retain current ones.

Feedback and Complaint Management:

  • Manage feedback and complaints from students and parents, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Implement feedback to improve services and administrative processes, contributing to overall centre efficiency.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression for students and visitors.
  • Support teachers with administrative tasks and classroom preparation, ensuring a smooth and effective teaching environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously refine and improve administrative processes and operational workflows.

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Passion for helping people and engaging with diverse individuals.

  • 14 days of Annual leave.
  • 14 days of Medical leave + 60 days Hospitalization leave.
  • Weekend meal allowance capped at $10.
  • $250 per year Flexi-benefit: will be reimbursed as cash if un-utilized (claimable for dental, optical, holiday trips, gym membership, mobile bills).
