Get to know the Role:
- As the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a dynamic team of over 101 sales (18 direct and 83 dotted lines) and operations teams across Grab's key markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We seek a Seasoned Sales Leader with a proven ability to drive results across multiple business units within Grab. This role spans 3 different units so we are looking for a dynamic leader who can identify go-to-market opportunities and drive scale across various opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Set sales targets in collaboration with the Commercial In-Market Leadership and drive monetization across three commercial units at Grab (GrabAds, Grab For Business, and Regional Merchants).
- Define strategic approaches for the team and direct key initiatives for key partners across the region. Create value for in-market execution by driving best practices, workshops, and insights/measurement.
- Direct training and development initiatives for all commercial enterprise activity across three lines of business for Grab.
- Oversee all GrabAds go-to-market activities for leading merchants, brands, and agencies. Define market narrative and scalable commercial opportunities across business lines.
- Provide direct input into our GrabAds and GrabForBusiness (GfB) Products and work closely with the product and B2B marketing team to continuously enhance our offerings. Represent the voice of the market and drive product adoption.
- Oversee commercial and revenue responsibilities for GrabForBusiness, Grab’s B2B service focused on ride-hailing, food, and deliveries.
As a senior leader, you will work cross-functionally with other Business Owners across Deliveries, Mobility, Payments, Marketing, and Business Development teams to create compelling solutions and identify new client opportunities. You will be a pivotal figure in SEA’s advertising and B2B industry.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with Commercial Heads and GrabAds Heads in each country and directly manage Regional GrabAds and GfB Leads based in Singapore.
- Scale and grow the sales team to ensure sustainable growth and impact across SE Asia.
- Build and maintain high-impact-media buying relationships with agencies and brands.
- Lead regional pitches, RFPs, and joint-business plans (JBPs) with key Enterprise partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and key sales reports with business KPIs.
- Mentor and develop sales talent.
- Oversee measurement and insight initiatives to demonstrate the ROI and advocacy of our ad products.
- Drive the adoption and penetration of GrabForBusiness across the region.
