1.Co-ordinate with Main-contractors, consultants and internal team to ensure smooth work progress.
2) Co-ordinate and direct the Main-contractor’s daily activities and priority of works.
3) Study drawings and check site installation.
4) Resolving technical issues & interfacing issues.
5) Prepare weekly progress report to submit consultant & client.
6) Conduct regular weekly meeting with sub-contractor to discuss Progress and schedule.
7) Arrange daily inspection with consultant and follow up.
8) Review and check drawings before start work.
9) Place material order upon receive construction drawings.
10) Liaise with supplier for material delivery and verify.
11) Monitor the site progress against the approved construction
