We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for Minor Works, A&A works, and Renovation works, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and implementing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple sites.
Coordinate with supervisors, clients, architects, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Site Survey: Conduct initial site surveys to assess the conditions and identify any potential challenges or obstacles.
Gather and analyze data on site conditions, including topography, soil, and environmental factors.
Prepare detailed site survey reports and maps, and provide input on site layout and design.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring that construction progresses according to design specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Require to manage multiple sites and work concurrently.
Monitor and inspect work progress, ensuring that materials and workmanship meet the specified quality,
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, including guidance on construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Document any deviations from the design or specifications and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all work activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Promote a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings and audits.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any issues encountered.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager or Project Director on the project status, including any delays or changes.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to all relevant parties.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Manage any changes or variations to the project scope, including negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Leadership: Experiences and ability to lead and direct at least 12 workers in day-to-day work.
- Work arrangements: Available on weekends and night works.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, with a strong understanding of site operations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Class 3 Driving Licences.
- Experience in similar projects, such as airport or large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to multitask.
